Established in 2001, the Brock Youth Centre works with youth in Brock Township (Ontario) and the surrounding North Durham areas in innovative ways. Our current focus is on entrepreneurship, which addresses community issues of youth employment, youth retention/attraction, and community economic development. We help youth build their own businesses, we hire them into our own social enterprises and/or get them into programming to teach them how to run their own business. Each year, we hire approximately 20 youth with our enterprises and help another 20+ youth start their own businesses.
To provide innovative programs and services to improve the social and economic well-being of youth.
